then just removing files after the fact (if anyone seeks them out), with no 
doubt no payments made to anyone.  Why would they be paying "artists and 
their producers" instead of representatives and their organizations?  If it 
were indies, I might believe they could do that based on prior business 
models that DO pay out (like CD Baby and their deals for indies with iTunes, 
etc.), but from what I see, the bulk of artists on this site are major 
label.  Am I incorrect in thinking this way?
