Andrew, thanks for sending that along... I've never found it on the ASCAP 
site before.

If I was reading it right, it sounds like ASCAP maintained that B/V and B/I 
were paid the same, but he wanted a B/I to be paid at the same rate as a V/V or 
V/I -- I wonder if someone can clarify?   I thought that a B/V paid more than 
a B/I ($1.00 vs. .20) -- but is it paid at the same rate?
