[Fmpro] BMI changes

Here's the link from BMI that shows their new policy and clearly indicates
that Background Vocals are now defined as Background (not Features). We are
still waiting for more information from BMI about other changes to their
distribution system, and whether this affects network or all TV (network now
is the best info we have so far, but it's a start). We have an in-depth
interview scheduled with BMI for Nov 1 and it will be featured in the
following issue of Film Music Weekly and RoyaltyWeek magazines.

Given BMI doesn't have a cabal of controlling songwriters on its board, it
makes sense why BMI would adopt a more fair and evenhanded policy - they
have nothing to gain by diverting millions of dollars into the songwriters'
pockets.
