[Fmpro] BMI changes

My son is in BMI for the world, my wife is ACAP for the world, I am  
PRS/ASCAP..... PRS for the world outside the USA.

When my son and wife composed together it was always interesting to  
note the mounts paid were almost the same to the penney....  
gross....... BUT, the usages were different !!!!!!!!
