[Fmpro] BMI changes

[LesHurdle]

If change is coming......... just remember the AACO !

What amazes me is why ASCAP Board members whom we voted for are so  
quiet.

It might be interesting to remember all of this 'silence' come the  
next election.

This would apply to the UK also.....
