[Fmpro] BMI changes

I can still make an educated guess based on previous usage of some of my
library cuts in particular shows. But if it is based on gross income and
that income goes DOWN, then my numbers could stay the same. However, BMI is
constantly bragging about how there incomes are going UP. So my numbers
should go UP for the same usage by even more.
I'll let you know if that happens.

Unless you see a gross amount at source column, unless you see
accurate dist data how can you know?
