Fact is, broadcast revenue should be huge... if accounted for and the  
payment is 1-1 [like all other countries.... i.e. same use, same pay]

Upfront fee's will diminish. why would anyone want to pay them anyway?

They aren't.......... as I've tried to point out to Chris  
Alpair.......... it is a good idea, but composers are their own worst  
enemy.
