[Fmpro] Licensing Agreement Template

Hi everyone,

i wrote the score for a documentary and there happens to be a song in  
it that a friend of mine wrote. We basically agreed for an amount of  
money wich was fine for both of us. He billed me i paid him. Real  
simple.

Since this film is commissioned by the CBC their legal department is  
making sure all the rights are cleared wich is fine by me but now i  
have to draft a simple agreement between myself and my friend. Non- 
exclusive licensing. They're also asking for a Master and Synch  
License if applicable.

Any help appreciated.
