Note: Several comments were posted about a quote attributed to Member of
Congress Sensenbrenner's in today's Washington Post, Print Edition, about
the plan to introduce legislation this month to extend performers
(RIAA/SoundExchange) copyright royalty fees to FCC Licensed over the air
broadcasters.   

Above, also in today's Washington Post (Online Edition) is a Marc Fisher
Blog Quote saying virtually the same thing, but attributing it to Rep.
Howard Berman, Chair of the House Subcommittee on Intellectual Property.
