I asked why is it the AFM/Aftra can make a stand and insist they will
not pay any 'performers' [non featured that is] who did not record
with a US contract.**
Where is the law which allows this?
As an Ex Brit who worked on hundreds of hits, many which air every
day in the US, am I not going to be paid for 'analog' radio if the
bill passes?
We moan about eh P{RO's and Publishers..... but a suit is a suit and
the AFM etc is no different.... all operate outside the law.
How to change it..... the old old story.

divided up ;-)
