more often than not the bigger issue that has the powers at the
pursestrings push for non US musicians is reuse ....
the sooner buyout options are in place the sooner you will see this
work coming back to US musicians ....
I'm not saying it's the only reason or that an indie with no budget
won't go to prague but you can't compete with a higher wage and the
cost of tracking that is done with union reuse ....
