Tracy, I believe there is a flaw in your argument, i.e., if circumstances with the RMA and the AFM were different a lot of the work leaving town might not leave. If LA were more competitive there would be greater incentive to record here. As it is the production companies have a strong market incentive to work around the RMA/AFM. Rick
