The AFM, like any corrupt institution living beyond its means, will pay only if forced -- not because it is right. Unfortunately.

I'm still waiting for one of you 'smart' folk out there to explain to
me how the AFM can simply NOT pay overseas musicians their performers
right for US digital broadcasts.
By what law are they able to 'divert' money?
