I don't get paid for what is on the air........... the current
argument with ASCAP is over 2 national radio commercials...........
I wont get paid, the sub-pub has given up, no sense in asking any of
the ASCAP Board members for assistance........ you bet I'm sour.,

I'm not, but no one has yet come up with anything that has not been
tried time and time again by various groups attempting to bring
honesty to US PRO's.
Bear in mind there are UK songwriters who do not want change in the
US either !!

Communicate with whom.... names please?
There is an ASCAP Board member on this list........... he is 1 of
24....... he understands the plight and the problem, he is
powerless...... almost a decade on the board and things are no better.

Who are YOu going to go to in order to bring about the change you
require?

I think you'll find the new MO is already in place. and composers
will have even less to say about what happens.. especially those who
gave up their mechanical rights.

Goals are there a plenty.

When the CEO of ASCAP told me years ago he wanted 1-1, and yet all
that has happened is crumbs from the table, YOU must come to terms
with who is pulling all the strings.............. try AMSONG etc
