The point I'm trying to get to is, if a 'stream' is not delivered at  
the same time as a broadcast... and no matter if it is free  
[ABC] ........  if it is on 'demand'  is that not the same a  
'purchasing'....... in which case why not a download?

Either way make a large $$difference... especially for hybrid right  
owners.
