It has been confirmed, BMI are paid a blanket sim to ASCAP....... ie; the right to broadcast the entire catalog is purchased. So, If BMI does not pay for jingles [since the broadcasters have pre- paid for said music]..... than there is a problem.. anyone care to check it out. L
