I've been away because, my Dad (Wallace Dlugokencky)
was recently diagnosed with cancer and passed away
three weeks ago.

He founded a New-Orleans-Jazz style marching band in
1962 called the Comanche Raiders. Coincidentally, I
was also born in 1962. The band is still going strong
after he, and his two buddies that he founded the band
with, have passed. It's a testament to the strength of
good people making good music.

I'll miss him. And, I'll always try (as he did) to
spread small doses of happiness through music.
