[Fmpro] advice needed regarding record interest

Thanks Michael!

If I get to the point where we talk (and that might not happen) I'll refer
to an agent through FMN.  At this point I've been informed by one of their
artists that they checked me out and started asking these questions.  She
figures if they weren't interested they wouldn't be asking, so she told me
to get this stuff together.

You are already the publisher...but I believe you can Œreserve¹
A name with ASCAP. I would actually place a call and check
to see if the name you are looking to use is already taken.

And weather or not you are expected to foot the bill for 1500 CDs
has nothing to do with being a publisher...it¹s what¹s in you record
Contract that matters on that front.
