Yes you probably would.  They have however offered discounts for already
owning.  I am getting discounts for owning the old giga samples.  The
discount however is only for the extended libraries and is helpful, although
not nearly the cost of the original samples.  They system gives you
discounted prices according to what you already own when you login on their
website.

the library seems to sound great etc... But the upgrade structure is  
a bit mind-bending. You don't know if you're actually purchasing some  
samples twice if you buy a collection like the Special edition (and  
now they have the Special Edition+) and then you go out and buy  
Appassionata...
