I concur whole heartedly. My new creation station from Sweetwater is
arriving today!

Sweetwater will stand behind their stuff 100%. They rebuilt practically my
whole machine when I had a hardware failure for nothing, including fedex
both ways!

Also Robert, you may have credit at Dell, but you should consider getting
your PC from Sweetwater. Get yoursielf a nice "Creation Station" with
whatever sound card and software installed by them. I have one that I have
now converted into a gigastudio machine, but for a few years it was my DAW
with cubase and it was the most solid, troublefree, quiet computer I ever
had until I got my mac pro quad core of course ;-)

I recommend this strongly, based on your lack of knowledge of this
technology, you are going to have a nightmare installing and configuring
these programs.

1.Call up sweetwater (dont buy it online)
2. tell them you want a creation station, sonar (or cubase or whatever daw
you want), an MBOX2, and the library you settle on
3. they will install and configure it all, and the hardware they choose is
going to be perfect for DAW work
4. you get the absolute best support I have ever had anywhere and can call
them for questions on any product that you have purchased and they will give
you answers

tip: They have credit also
tip: dont browse their website or you will have that credit maxed quickly!
