[Fmpro] FMPRO - TuneCore, et al

Hey, did anyone research any other delivery service asides from  
TuneCore, to see if the fees
are lower and how they compare in service?

TuneCore doesn't actually take any money from the purchases, but they  
charge per upload (which is fine)
and then a yearly fee per album, which seems high (especially if you  
have a few albums...!)
and they kind of lock you in that way of paying them forever, even  
though one might not sell
much. Is there a similar service that doesn't lock you in that way  
with a $20 a year fee per album till you kick it?
