PROs go where the action is and go after the low fruit. If you are an  
obvious name or have something visible or associated with something  
popular, they will put effort into it because it means money for  
them. If you are obscure and it takes a lot of work from them, they  
are less inclined to pursue. It's a simple matter of economics from  
their point of view. Think if them like unions who negotiate deals to  
stay in business rather than really representing the membership. Like  
any enterprise, they have to balance costs with returns and that  
means picking the easy fruit. Now, if you get a lawyer and win  
against someone, they want their cut even though they might have done  
nothing for the money. You owe it because you are a member.

It's why I only use a lawyer and do not belong to any PRO.
