[Fmpro] Music Editors using your tracks as temp

Ahoy-hoy, List!

I'm hoping to provide some tracks to some music editors to use as temp scores and I'm wondering what conventions you guys use to make sure that you don't get lost in the shuffle.  Let's say a director loves the cut and asks who it was, and the M.E. has forgotten?  Obviously, a business card is moot point when digital files are being used... any suggestions?  Any other comments or suggestions in terms of taking this route to get your music to the right ears?
