Well, they were the ones who fought hard to get that
$862 million for our benefit. That should count for
something. I don't know, a touch of gratitude?

I'm not sure what you mean "no accountability". With
that kind of money, I'm sure there's a flock of
lawyers circling overhead with their hawk eyes on it.
Plus, I think they have an independent accounting firm
do audits. Plus, they have to keep the members
relatively happy so they don't leave to BMI/SESAC.
Then there's the Board to answer to. Court Judges,
etc...
