[Fmpro] ASCAP bashing

PLEASE, note well

ASCAP moves millions of dollars from the local TV** 'in' pot to  
Network Tv distribution..........   any idea why not even a board  
member [knows] or will opine/state as to how much the amount is pa?

** This may well mean your music on Local TV is paid APPROX 1/3 less  
than the broadcasters paid for it !
