[Fmpro] Broadcast to stream/download

Les, is it possible that I¹ve been on this list for 10 years now!

I think the US PROs might has just spent too much time and
Money going to the mattresses on that whole ringtone thing....
remember that! What a fools errand that was. I can still hear
the echoes of how there were riches to be made...for all!

I¹m also guessing the US PROs also have stretched the
semantics of performance to broadcast.

We should all prepare for this potential future!
