Good lord that place is just a total wet dream. Amazing to the Nth  
power.
I know Joel has done very well, but I didnt realize that well ;) Its  
*exactly* what I would do with 10+ million dollars!
Though it is missing the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi with  
waterproof keyboard and DAW ;-)
