ATTN: ProList Members on AOL

THE GOOD NEWS. In the past two months, our subscription base has risen by
35%. Our TRAFFIC has increased by 400%. This makes for some growing pains.

THE BAD NEWS. If you have an AOL address and designate an FMPRO missive as
SPAM, it creates very real administrative problems for us.

If an AOL user hits SPAM, even by accident, AOL notifies our hosting
services threatening to cut access privileges. Our hosting service then
notifies us that we have a problem. We, in turn, must notify the party who
designated one of our missives as SPAM. That list member is then asked via
private e-mail to follow precise instructions-- either to identify the SPAM
action as an error or request to be unsubscribed to the ProList.

To those AOL members who do not respond to our SPAM query, you are the real
headaches. We understand an inadvertent error. We do not understand zero
response when we send you an AOL TOS NOTIFICATION. This lack of response
includes AOL users:

Edrums
Nirap

To all, please follow our instructions should we contact you about
straightening out AOL spam issues. Or, you can avoid the whole headache by
not hitting the SPAM button with regard to FMPRO e-mails.
