Anyone know if the shift by TV broadcasters to digital in 2009 means
there will be a performers right on TV broadcasts... and if there is,
will it be restricted to song..... yet once again keeping the money
going to certain individual and company pockets !!

BTW.... if there is a non featured performers [NFP] right via digital
TV [or any other new media] ... do you all know the names of the
musicians who worked on all of your product?????????????

Also, remember, if there is a right in he USA it does NOT mean the
right is global... and even if it is, there are differences e.g.;
a	In the USA the NFP can claim multiple instruments [if applicable]
b	in the UK, only 1

Oh joyous 2008

Keep an eye on digi TV developments and broadcasters..... bear in
mind there have been very strong hints, any money paid to performers
will come out of the 'composers/songwriters' pockets !!
