[Fmpro] Selling CD's or music on iTunes, etc.

Tunecore is also good for digital distribution. CD
Baby has the advantage of handling physical CDs as
well as digital distribution. But, if you are going
all digital, I hear Tunecore's a good way to go.

The Orchard has had a bad reputation in the past. But,
they may have mended their ways. I'm don't know.
