[Fmpro] ASCAP POLICY AT SUNDANCE

And don't forget SESAC (http://www.sesac.com/).  I'm personally with ASCAP,
but SESAC has been doing some pretty impressive things lately.  Some of my
friends with SESAC and are very happy with them.
