Hi Pete,

I read your ''''suck up''''' to ASCAP re the usage of non  
instrumental music at a Sundance 'public function'.

I'm just not sure what you hope to gain by constantly ignoring the  
Elephant in the room..........  such ploys were used by SCL folk in  
LA this past decade or so, only one got on the board, and he wasn't  
voted on !

Now I'm sure you'll get upset by my directness, no need to be, but I  
simply can't figure out what you hope to gain or achieve by always  
taking the devils side ;-)?
You do realize every time you support bad behaviour by a PRO you are  
undermining any effort for reform by your fellows.
