Wouldn't that depend on if the Candadian Performance
Rights Organization (SOCAN) collected royalties on
internet usages? I tend to think they don't. But, you
might want to google check their website...

Unfortunatly, I don't think you'll find ASCAP's member
services much better than BMIs. At least not enough to
make you want to switch.
