Thanks a bunch, that was excellent information.  I appreciate you taking the time to write that response.  

When considering 'points', I'm always at a loss as to what is appropriate?  Say it goes to series - what's reasonable/industry standard?  Is there such a thing?  Frankly, I'm not even sure those questions are appropriate to ask here, and wouldn't be surprised if I don't get an answer.  But sure, suppose this is the next 'Cops'... imagine I bungle my negotiations...
