[Fmpro] what else??? ASCAP, BMI and SESAC

Maybe they pay ASCAP/BMI or SOCAN at 66,666% for the composer and  
33.333% Publisher, that would be very interesting to know because i  
know that on a few series i had to negociate to have it written on my  
publishing contract that for the french and german territories i got  
to keep 66%. Even thought the Publishers where french they knew they  
could use the loophole because of our general ignorance of this as  
North Americans...

Had i not negociated this, i know i would not have received 66%.SOCAN  
told me. Now does SACEM send invariably 66/33 and North American PROs  
change it back to 50/50. Sure hope not...
