Carpet event?

In this case, Beethoven would be paid about 500% more
than Britney's hit. (If Beethoven were still cashing
checks.)

It's not about a judgment on the quality of the music.
It's about the way the music is used. Feature
Performances get paid more than Background
Performances. Period.

But at least Beethoven had the sense to keep his
privates private when going out in public.
