I agree 100%. This list is often anti-ASCAP, and what Mark Holden himself calls "bad data, fuzzy logic, and unreasonable assertions" should be taken with a grain of salt. If you need examples, please check the archives. There is only so much time I am willing to spend correcting the false assertions that keep getting re-posted here. Believe what you read at your own risk.
Banning ASCAP Board Member Doug Wood from posting to the list as punishment for not posting to the list is silly, childish and disrespectful. It does a diservice to the list members who are trying to get a balanced PRO education.
