[Fmpro] PRO's...... Retitling -- Fraud

Bit of a problem here Gael which EU [and no doubt US composers might  
not be aware of ... language.

I do not have personal involvement [that I know of] and in an attempt  
to assuage Pete should he find anything reprehensible about my post  
here.......... SACEM re-titles music.  and example might such as Mr  
Black.  SACEM may well register the title as Monsieur Noir.  They  
then send e.g info/royalties to PRS under the name 'The Black Man'.

As such the ££'s get lost in the system[s]........ happened to a good  
friend of mine in the UK.
