That is simply a translation of the title, not technically a "retitling" of a composition. It is not designed to defraud anyone, but I can see how it could certainly create a problem -- especially since certain words and phrases simply do not translate well to other languages. I'd think that one would check on their titles to verify if/how their works have been translated.

Let's see... how would you translate "ShkUrSxyBooT4Me" into French?...
