LOL, Les -- thanks for walking into it pour moi. ;)

A lot depends on whether the original licensee is a U.S. company or a French film company.

One would ask the production/film company for copies of ALL cue sheets filed in ALL languages. Any translated title should appear in those cue sheets.

Hopefully, when one has licensed their work, they have the paragraph about broadcasting only on networks, etc. 'round the world with BMI, ASCAP, etc. agreements.
