[Fmpro] Advances Sean Goble is out of the office.

It's not a secret at SOCAN.

I've been aware that i may ask for advances ever since i was member  
and at the time i made about 22¢ of royalties per trimester. They told  
me at the time that you just need to justify why you need the money so  
bad that you can't wait a few weeks...
