I cant think of any orchestral product that is worth anything at that price. 
You could get finale which comes with the GPO I dont know how much it costs 
tho. Or you might get entry level Vienna Instruments for around 500 bucks, 
also EastWest has their Gold level symphinc orchestra package around 600
