[Fmpro] composing music for an audio introduction to a book

I've done complete audio books and have composed music for introductions
and "turn the page" themes etc, but, when I quoted for this it was part of a
package price.
1 to 2 minutes seems very, very long. Mine, for example was 15 seconds - at
the most - I think it was 10 seconds to the start of the fade and the narrator was
on top of the fade out.
But, if I remember correctly, I charged around $300 just for this theme, but, again,
this was part of an overall composing/recording/editing, package where I composed
numerous little themes for 6 books.
