[Fmpro] Dave Joining ASCAP/BMI

Hold on Pete........... the broadcasters paid for the use of music  
from the entire ASCAP catalog  24/7............ so why would a member  
from the south be told not to expect pay when clear;y the airtime has  
been paid for?
