...but the PROs have told him if he plays any music by a PRO member, 
they'll get him - and he'll end up losing his house/whatever.

He's tried and tried again for clarification on having *written* waivers 
signed, and ASCAP and BMI won't honour him with an answer.


Would *you* take that chance as a station owner if you had everything to 
lose? I wouldn't...
