Ted, I think that needs do be stressed and re-stressed. It is one of  
the biggest
problems when working with small, green producers/directors (and even  
the more
experienced ones. Everyone expects that a simple "oh, I don't like  
this one" deserves
a fresh cue on our own dime. Just like a graphic designer we need to  
put down very clear
boundaries on what we can afford to "revise" and what further  
revisions will cost.
