Getting money out of Ascap and BMI is one issue. Closing the loopholes for
incoming money is another one entirely.
The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a citation to the board of
directors and officers at ASCAP.
CO2 emissions at meetings and forums in which ascap board members and
officers speak have been shown to be outrageous. The EPA has ordered the members
of the board and officers of ASCAP to stop releasing all that hot air and not
to speak unless they actually have something worthwhile to say.
In fact, it was shown by analysis that Richard Reimer, ASCAP's lawyer, was
principally responsible for the destruction of many icebergs in and around
greenland.
In a related news item, former U.S. attorney general Alberto Gonzales
congratulated Reimer on his obfuscation techniques and expressed the sorrow that
Reimer had not been available to help Gonzales in his testimony before Congress.
