Is there any proof in the ASCAP accounts, $$ 'shifted' from Local TV & Cable actually goes to Network distribution? As per my request the other day credit value... which not one person appears to be able to define....... does the SAF have an influence on the credit value? Do BMI/SESAC have a Spot Adjustment Factor of sorts? L
