Hi Chris/Robert,
You may recall a post I made some months ago about variations.
The ASCAP Mem Ser person qualified ACE is triggered by
broadcasts........... but not all music listed is broadcast ??????
ACE is interesting in that I must have a few thousand cues out there
[14 pseudonyms... not my doing... but that's another story].......
just last year 2 national jingles, no money. no listing on
ACE.......... who insures this process and practice of non payment
continues?
Care to guess?
However, re Chris' point....... correct, how would a prospective
board member know if my titles generated any income in the past 12
months.
Are we all getting the picture a little clearer !
It is this current board which supports the MO... no sense in trying
to paint it any other way
