[Fmpro] ACE 1331 isn't 1337

Currently the ACE database is derived from ASCAP's performed works title database, i.e., a database of titles that have appeared in one of ASCAP's domestic performance surveys.

so if its not in the survery its not listed

That explains a lot :(
